After the honour of being shortlisted for two entries in this years’ MarketingWeek Engage Awards we (Howard Hunt Group) are thrilled to have won the CRM/Loyalty category for the ground-breaking personalised catalogues we created with Boden. Project ‘Love’ has been the result of prolonged development into high-level personalisation by Boden and is truly a major innovation for the whole catalogue industry.
We (Howard Hunt Group) are honoured to have been shortlisted for the MaketingWeek Engage Awards 2011 for our innovative Cross-media work with The Adventure Company (part of TUI Adventure Brands). The ‘continuous’ campaign we entered has been shortlisted into the CRM/Loyalty category which demonstrates how important cross-media marketing is in today’s market place and how strong these communications are for lifetime customer value.
We won a Data Strategy Award for Best use of Data in Travel and Leisure for our innovative project Pluto for TUI Plc. Where we created an enhanced SCV, consolidating all there data from all sources and sharing this data across their front line divisions in resorts, airports, call centres and retail stores alike.
