Our quality management system is in accordance with the requirements set out in BS EN ISO 9001:2000. We selected Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, a world leading certification body, to undertake an assessment of our business. We achieved ISO 9001 and it has considerably improved employee motivation and our commitment to quality.
